MARK PRESTON - FRANCHISE GROWTH PARTNER
Franchising is part of my story.
Building it. Running it. Growing it.
I built and sold my own franchise network. Today, I bring that experience to Twine Growth and my shared ownership involvement in the Memory Catcher franchise.
What makes me a Franchise Growth Partner?
50+
Active franchisees in the network I built.
Built, operated and sold
First-hand franchisor experience.
Co-founder
Twine Growth.
I know what sits behind a growing network.

01
Building my own franchise
I built a digital marketing franchise network with more than 50 active franchisees.
02
Supporting franchisees
Recruitment, training, territories and ongoing support became part of my day-to-day experience.
03
Selling the network
I later sold the business. Those lessons still shape how I work with franchise leaders.
Today, I bring that experience to Twine Growth.
The Franchise Growth Partner
I co-founded Twine Growth with Ryan Eccleston. We work alongside franchise networks to connect the foundations, franchisee support and customer growth that influence the whole business.
We partner with franchise networks on a flat monthly retainer.
Five Fibre Framework™

What I bring to the conversation.
Franchisor experience
I understand the responsibility of building a network and supporting the people within it.
Customer growth
I look at how network decisions affect the customers each franchisee needs to win.
Connected thinking
I look for the underlying cause, rather than treating each problem in isolation.
Bespoke Foil Company.
Memory Catcher Franchise.
I hold a personal stake in Bespoke Foil Company and its Memory Catcher franchise.
To solve any confusion Bespoke Foil Company is the name of the business (the main brand) and Memory Catcher is the name / brand of the franchise itself as it reflects someone who goes out to catch memories.

My franchise thinking in print.
Connect Those Franchise Dots
My experience of franchising also shapes my writing. This book explores how the foundations of a franchise network work together through the Five Fibre Framework.
